General terms of use for the site, including general rules and legal responsibilities

1.Usage and Security Rules
b2bspor.com is open to all members. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the site are free of charge.
In the following cases, the site administration may block the user's site usage and reserves the legal rights against individuals or persons involved in the following attempts:
1.a. Registration of information on the site that is incorrect, irregular, incomplete, misleading, contains expressions contrary to general moral rules, and violates the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
1.b. Unauthorized copying of site content in whole or in part.
1.c. Direct responsibility lies with the user for any damage arising from the sharing (use by persons other than the user) of information such as the username, password, and usage rights given to users or determined by themselves.
1.d. Use of software that threatens the security of the site, impedes the operation of the site and used to perform activities and obtain, delete, or modify information.
2.Responsibilities
2.a. Information of users visiting b2bspor.com (visit duration, time, viewed pages) is tracked to provide better service and is shared with companies we collaborate with in advertising, etc., in accordance with privacy conditions, to expand and improve the content. The aim is to enhance the user experience provided by the site and improve b2bspor.com.
2.b. The b2bspor.com user can start using the b2bspor.com site by entering their email address and password, provided they comply with the conditions specified in this agreement after filling in the required sections for registration and confirming their email address.
2.c.While benefiting from the b2bspor.com site and services, the user agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decree-Laws related to the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Code of Obligations, other relevant legislation, and any announcements and notifications that b2bspor.com will publish regarding b2bspor.com services. The user is solely responsible for any legal, criminal, and financial liabilities arising from the use in violation of these notifications and laws.
2.d. If it is determined that the user does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules announced on the b2bspor.com site, the user's use of b2bspor.com may be temporarily or permanently blocked by b2bspor.com, and/or their account may be closed.
2.e. The user cannot engage in actions that prevent or complicate other users or visitors from using b2bspor.com, or force or lock servers or databases by installing automatic programs. The user cannot attempt fraud. If found, membership will be terminated, and the user accepts any legal and criminal liability that may arise.
2.g. The user cannot erase or remove Copyright, Trademark, and all kinds of notes within the scope of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works from materials copied or printed from b2bspor.com.
2.h.Membership cancellation and account deletion process can be done by the user through b2bspor.com. The user's login authorization to the site will be canceled when the user cancels their membership. The person canceling the membership acknowledges that this process is irreversible.
2.j. The relationships of site users with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of individuals.
2.m.Different rules and obligations specific to each section may be specified in certain parts of the site. Persons and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.
2.n. To read about the measures we take to protect our users' personal information and privacy, please read the "Privacy Policy" section.
2.o.The user acknowledges and commits that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) used for shopping on the site is correct, and any legal and criminal responsibilities arising from these belong to the user.
3.Notification Addresses
3.a. The b2bspor.com site does not ask users for their mailing addresses in advance. However, the user's electronic mail address notified to b2bspor.com is accepted as the legal address for any notification to be made regarding this agreement.3.b. Unless the parties notify each other in writing of the changes in their existing email addresses within 3 (three) days, requests made to the old email addresses will be considered valid, and they will be deemed to have been made to them.
3.c. Any notification made by b2bspor.com using the user's registered email address will be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the email is sent by b2bspor.com. The user confirms that they have read, understood, accepted, and confirmed the accuracy of the information they provided regarding all articles in this participation agreement.
